FAQ - Speaking Group Classes

What is included in the group class subscription?

Your subscription includes access to live online group speaking classes, aided materials, session replays, and progress support from qualified teachers each month. Students will have access to 20 live classes every week — that’s over 80 classes each month to learn from and practice speaking!

How do I access the classes?

Once you subscribe, you’ll receive a private link to our class calendar.

You can view the calendar schedule for the week and book the classes you want to join depending on what topics you prefer.

You’ll also get access to a student dashboard.

How much does it cost?

The subscription is $59 AUD/ $39 USD per month. You’ll be automatically billed each month, and you can cancel anytime before your next billing date on your account.

Are the teachers qualified?

Yes! All our teachers are certified English instructors with years of experience teaching students around the world.

How many students are in a class?

Each group has a small number of students (max 5 students) to keep the experience interactive and personalised.

What level are the classes for?

We offer classes for different English levels:

Elementary (A2)
Intermediate (B1)
Upper Intermediate (B2)
Advanced (C1+)

You’ll be able to choose your level when you sign up and each class runs for 50 minutes each.

Will I get speaking practice?

Yes! Our classes are focused on conversation, fluency, and real-world communication. You’ll get plenty of time to speak and interact.

When do classes start?

Classes officially begin on the 1st of each month. You can subscribe at any time, and join during the month.

Do I need a camera and microphone to join the classes?

Yes! All students will need to have access to a microphone and camera to join. This ensures that the teacher is familiar with their students and can track progress.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
